Weighing and controlling powder flow using a loop conveyor scale.

The loop conveyor scale is a circular weighing device with pivot points at both ends on the diameter of the circular transport loop conveyor, featuring an entrance on one side and an exit on the other. Thanks to its unique principles and structure, it is an extremely accurate and reliable circular balance-type powder weighing machine that resolves many challenges. It detects the net weight of the powder continuously transported for half a loop using a load cell, and calculates the net supply flow rate through operations with the rotation. The loop conveyor itself has a balance structure, and regardless of the presence of adhesion, the fixed parts are scraped by rotation, and the impeller remains evenly balanced on both sides, preventing zero point variation.
